The TC Beirne School of Law: Leading Research

The TC Beirne School of Law is a member of the Group of Eight, an organisation representing Australia’s leading research–intensive universities. We comprise a diverse, energetic community of scholars engaging in leading–edge research across a wide range of legal fields. Our work aims to make significant and lasting contributions to the understanding and development of law both nationally and internationally, adding both to the effectiveness of law as a discipline and to a better understanding of its relationship with other disciplines such as science, philosophy, economics, sociology, politics, business and social policy. For a full range of staff research interests, publications, current projects and particular areas of strength, please consult the links associated with this page.
