Biography
Clare Cappa teaches into both compulsory Torts courses, and coordinates the elective Criminology course in the undergraduate curriculum. She also teaches Introduction to Australian Law and Introduction to Legal Systems in the Masters of Applied Law program.
Clare has an on-going interest in student equity and the synergy between pedagogy and the law curriculum.
Her research interests are in the area of speciality courts with a focus on the impact of alternative forms of adjudication on the future criminal justice system.
