The School offers the Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Laws (Advanced) (LLM (Adv)) programs to graduates of law.
These programs are designed to enhance the practical and theoretical expertise of students through the delivery of advanced level legal and interdisciplinary courses. Students will develop independent and critical thinking skills and learn sophisticated legal research and computerised information retrieval techniques.
Postgraduate courses reflect the research strengths of the School: Chinese/Australian Comparative Law; International Trade; Intellectual Property Law; and Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Students may choose to either specialise in one of these areas or construct a more generalist program.
