General Details for Coursework Programs

 Delivery Options

The majority of courses are taught intensively, either in blocks of four days or in two blocks of two days, to allow students to accommodate study and the demands of professional or other commitments. Most classes are held at the St Lucia campus. Some classes may be held at Brisbane city venues.

 Program Fees

Postgraduate coursework programs are subject to tuition fees.

Domestic students

$1420 per unit for students commencing in 2010, indexed annually.

FEE-HELP

Australian citizens or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa may be able to borrow money to pay for tertiary studies through the FEE-HELP scheme. Under FEE-HELP, the Federal Government pays the loan amount directly to the University. Recipients then repay the loan through the taxation system once income reaches the minimum threshold for compulsory repayment.

All fees stated are correct at the time of publication. To calculate your fees visit the fees calculator at www.uq.edu.au/study or email fees@uq.edu.au. For more information about the FEE-HELP scheme, visit www.goingtouni.gov.au
