In the only nation-wide competition where students nominate their lecturers for excellence in teaching, two law lecturers made top 10 for UQ.
Dr Nick James and Dr Andreas Schloenhardt from the TC Beirne School of Law were both nominated for UniJobs’ Lecturer of the Year.
Dean of the TC Beirne School of Law, Professor Ross Grantham, congratulated the nominated staff.
“This is a fantastic effort by Nick and Andreas. This is not only worthy recognition of Andreas and Nick’s teaching abilities, but it does a lot of good for the overall reputation of the School,” he said.
Lecturer of the Year is an initiative of UniJobs, Australia’s University Job Website, which is “dedicated to promoting and rewarding the nation’s higher education sector”.
