| Entry requirements: |
To enrol as a MPhil student, an applicant must:
- hold an approved honours degree;[1]or
- be a graduate of this University or elsewhere and, after one year full-time equivalent study, have reached a standard approved by the Director as equivalent to honours class II of this University; or
- be a graduate of this University or elsewhere and provide evidence of at least 2 years relevant experience to satisfy the Director that the applicant is suitably qualified for admission.

Milestones
Students enrolled in a PhD will be required to complete three milestones during their candidature.
The requirements for each milestone are set out in the document titled ‘Research Higher Degree Candidature Progression and Development’.

[1] An honours degree will be an approved degree if it is: (a) with honours class I or II from this University; or (b) honours class I or II from elsewhere and approved by the Director.
