Visiting Scholars

The TC Beirne School of Law has an active academic visitors program. Scholars may visit the School under the following schemes:

• The Visiting Academic / Visiting Professor Scheme
• The TC Beirne School of Law Distinguished Visiting Fellowship

Visiting Scholars are allocated an office, computing facilities and full access to the School’s library and research resources. The number of Visiting Scholars the School is able to accommodate at any particular time always depends on our available resources.

 Our Expectations of Visiting Scholars

In addition to pursuing the research project outlined in their applications, Visiting Scholars are generally expected to:

• Participate in the intellectual life of the School;
• Contribute a paper to the School’s Research Seminar series;
• Acknowledge the School in any publication, conference paper or research report that results from research done while at the School.
