Join Rosalind Williams, our Practitioner-in-Residence, for this practical session on the voice, and how to use your voice in advocacy. The session will take place on Thursday 2 May, 6-7:30pm in the Law School Boardroom.

This session will focus on:
- Why your voice matters
- Vocal care
- Breath and presence
- Vocal support and resonance
- ‘Tips’ for a simple vocal warmup
- Notes on language and effective communication.

Rosalind has worked as a solicitor for 30 years and completed the Bar Practice Course in 2005. She has also developed a second career as a voice coach after studying voice studies at NIDA and she teaches in the acting courses at QUT and Southbank Tafe.
